Terms of Use
Effective date: 9 October 2026
Welcome to Wikisio at wikisio.com. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, articles, PDF conversion tools, links, and related features. In these Terms, “Wikisio,” “we,” and “us” refer to the site operator; “you” means a visitor or user. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
What Wikisio provides
Wikisio publishes general information about education, recruitment, scholarships, public opportunities, and practical topics. It may also provide tools such as PDF conversion and links to third-party sources. Pages are designed to help readers find and understand information; they are not an official government notice, recruitment portal, school, university, employer, financial adviser, lawyer, or public authority. We do not decide who qualifies for a job, scholarship, exam, benefit, or application. We do not represent a government department or guarantee that an opportunity is open.
Content can be changed, corrected, moved, or removed without notice. A page may summarize a notice or link to its source, but the official notice and issuing body control. Dates, eligibility, application fees, locations, deadlines, vacancies, and procedures can change after publication. Before acting, read the current official notification and contact the issuing organization using independently verified details. Never rely on a search snippet or a social media repost as the final authority.
Permitted use and acceptable conduct
You may use Wikisio for lawful personal, educational, and informational purposes. You may share a link to a public page. You agree not to use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights; disrupts or damages the website; interferes with another visitor; attempts to gain unauthorized access; probes or bypasses security controls; introduces malware; sends spam; scrapes or harvests personal information; or imposes unreasonable automated traffic. You may not use a tool to process material that you do not own or have permission to handle.
You must not attempt to interfere with advertising or measurement, generate artificial page views or ad impressions, click ads for the purpose of increasing revenue, ask or pay others to click ads, disguise ad placements, or encourage accidental ad clicks. Ads may be marked as advertising or shown in spaces reserved for an advertisement. Do not mistake a sponsored placement for an official recruitment notice or for our editorial recommendation. We do not ask readers to click advertisements to support Wikisio, and you should not click an ad unless you are independently interested in the advertiser’s offer.
PDF converter and other tools
Tools are provided for convenience and may have limitations. You are responsible for checking that you have the right to upload, convert, download, or share a file. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, copyrighted material without permission, confidential business records, medical records, financial account documents, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. Before using a tool, consider whether the file contains metadata or information you do not intend to disclose.
A tool result can have formatting errors, missing text, broken links, altered page breaks, or other defects. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it, publishing it, or submitting it to an institution. Availability, supported formats, file size, processing time, or other features may change. We may impose technical limits, reject a request, interrupt a conversion, or disable a feature to protect the service. Unless a specific tool page clearly states otherwise, do not assume that uploads are backed up, retained for a fixed period, encrypted end to end, permanently erased immediately, or suitable for high-risk documents.
Accounts, security, and availability
Some future or limited features may require an account. If account credentials are used, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been misused. We may suspend access when necessary to protect visitors, the website, or a provider, or to comply with law. The public site may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, network failures, attacks, or third-party service interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property and submissions
Unless a page says otherwise, Wikisio’s original text, design, branding, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote a short portion for lawful commentary or education when permitted by law and with clear attribution and a link to the original page. You may not copy, republish, sell, or systematically reproduce substantial site content without permission or another legal basis. Third-party names, logos, notices, and documents belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply our endorsement.
If you send us feedback or a correction, you allow us to review and use it to improve the site, but this does not transfer ownership of your unrelated work. Do not send material you expect us to keep confidential. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to process a request you initiate. You confirm that you have the rights necessary for any file or material you provide.
Third-party links and advertising
Wikisio may link to official notices, public bodies, schools, employers, advertisers, or other sites. A link is offered for convenience and does not necessarily mean that we endorse, control, or have verified every statement on the destination page. External sites may change, move, or become unavailable. Their terms, privacy rules, cookies, security, and services are their own. When you leave Wikisio, review the external site’s own policies and verify important information with the responsible organization.
Advertising may be supplied by Google Ad Manager and other advertising partners. We do not control every advertiser’s landing page, offer, price, eligibility rules, or claims. An advertisement is not a guarantee, recommendation, or promise by Wikisio. Use your own judgment and verify an advertiser before sharing information, making a purchase, or submitting an application. We do not ask you to click ads and do not reward ad clicks. The site’s observed Google Ad Manager tags may request ads, but availability and display are not guaranteed. AdSense status is described accurately on the Privacy Policy and is not represented as approved.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use the site, including the observed analytics and advertising integrations. Our Cookie Policy describes browser technologies and available choices. These policies form part of your use of Wikisio. A browser’s privacy settings and any consent control shown to you can affect optional cookies and advertising. Nothing in these Terms replaces a consent choice required by law or changes the privacy terms of an independent provider.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to publish useful information, but we do not warrant that each page is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. We do not guarantee a job, admission, scholarship, benefit, examination result, earnings, advertising fill, or successful conversion. Your use of information and tools is at your own discretion. The Disclaimer page provides further detail and should be read before taking action.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wikisio and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost opportunity, lost data, or losses arising from a third-party service, notice, advertiser, or decision made using general information on the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where law prohibits its exclusion. If liability limits are not allowed in your jurisdiction, they apply only to the extent permitted.
Indemnity, suspension, and changes
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, infringement of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct. We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these Terms, creating a security risk, or causing harm. We may revise these Terms as the site changes. The effective date will be updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law. For material changes, we may add a notice on the site.
Governing rules and contact
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator and the dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing here removes a right to bring a claim before a court or authority that has mandatory jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. These Terms, together with the linked policies, describe the current agreement for general website use and replace earlier versions about the same subject.
For questions, corrections, or a concern about these Terms, contact [email protected]. Please explain the page or feature involved and do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential documents. We will review the message and respond when reasonably practicable.
