Contact Us
Effective date: 9 October 2026
We welcome clear, respectful messages about Wikisio’s pages, tools, privacy practices, accessibility, and corrections. The public support contact is [email protected]. This is an email contact, not a government helpdesk, job application office, scholarship provider, emergency service, or promise of an immediate response. For an official application, eligibility, examination, admission, or benefit question, contact the authority or organization identified in its current official notice.
What to include in a message
To help us understand a request, include the page or tool URL, the topic, a short description of what happened, and the result you expected. For a correction, explain the sentence or detail that appears wrong and, where possible, link to a current official or otherwise authoritative source. For a technical issue, mention the browser and device type, the approximate time, and any visible error message. Do not attach a full application file or sensitive record just to illustrate a problem. If a screenshot is helpful, remove names, phone numbers, application IDs, addresses, account data, and other information that is not necessary.
A descriptive subject line helps us route the message. Examples include “Correction: [page topic],” “Privacy request,” “PDF tool issue,” “Accessibility feedback,” or “Broken official link.” One clear message with the relevant details is usually easier to review than repeated messages sent to several addresses. If the issue is urgent because an application deadline is close, do not wait for our email reply; contact the issuing authority immediately and follow its official instructions. Wikisio is not able to extend a deadline or change an organization’s decision.
Corrections and time-sensitive notices
Recruitment and scholarship notices may change after an article is published. If you notice a changed deadline, eligibility condition, vacancy count, official link, fee, or procedure, please send the Wikisio page and a link to the issuing body’s updated notice. We review the information and may correct, clarify, update, or remove a page when appropriate. We cannot guarantee that we will make a requested change, publish a particular statement, or respond before an application deadline. Do not wait for our reply to verify a time-sensitive issue; contact the issuing authority directly and follow its latest notice.
Do not send a payment, password, one-time code, or identity document to request a correction. Wikisio does not collect official recruitment or scholarship fees. If a person claiming to represent Wikisio asks you to pay to secure a job, scholarship, application, or correction, do not rely on the claim. Verify the request with the actual issuing body and contact us through the email displayed on this page.
For a potentially harmful or fraudulent link, send the Wikisio page and describe the specific concern. Do not visit or download material from a suspicious destination merely to gather proof. We may temporarily remove a link while reviewing it, but we cannot investigate every third-party service or guarantee a particular enforcement action. If you have already shared credentials or payment information with a suspected scam, contact the relevant bank, platform, or public authority using verified channels as soon as possible.
Privacy and data requests
If you have a question about information submitted to Wikisio, cookies, analytics, advertising, or a privacy choice, put “Privacy” in the subject line and describe the page or interaction. Depending on applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of personal information. We may need reasonable details to locate the request and verify that it relates to you, but we will not ask you to email a password, full payment-card data, or an unnecessary government ID. We will handle a request under the applicable law and may need to retain some information for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Email is not a secure channel for sensitive records. Before sending a message, remove personal details that are not needed. If you must refer to a public application, use a redacted reference rather than a complete identity, financial, medical, or employment file. We use your message to respond, investigate, and maintain a limited record where appropriate. See the Privacy Policy for more information about contact messages, analytics, advertising, and service providers.
PDF tool or website problems
If a PDF converter or other tool fails, tell us the tool URL, the file type, approximate file size, browser, and what step failed. Please do not send the original file unless we specifically request it and you have confirmed that it contains no confidential or sensitive information. A short description or redacted screenshot is often enough. Tool output may change formatting or omit content, so review the converted file before relying on it. For urgent or high-risk documents, use a tool whose data handling and accuracy you have independently reviewed.
We may be unable to reproduce an issue if it depends on a device, browser extension, network, or third-party service that we do not control. We will use the details you provide to investigate and improve the site, but we do not guarantee a specific response time, feature change, or successful recovery of a file. Keep your own original copy and do not assume a website can restore an uploaded document.
Advertising and third-party issues
Advertising may be delivered through Google Ad Manager or other providers. If you have a concern about an advertisement appearing on Wikisio, include the page URL, approximate time, country or region, and a brief description of the ad. Do not click an ad to reproduce the concern. We may not be able to identify an individual impression or control the advertiser’s landing page. For an advertiser’s product, billing, or offer, contact that advertiser directly using independently verified details. The presence of an ad is not Wikisio’s endorsement.
For an external government portal, employer, school, or scholarship provider, contact that organization directly for its current rules or application status. We can review our summary or link, but we cannot change an external organization’s page, process an application, correct an official database, or provide its confidential records.
If a message concerns a third-party product, a job offer displayed in an advertisement, an advertiser’s billing, or an application submitted on another website, provide only a general description when contacting us. The advertiser or destination site may have its own support team and privacy rules. We cannot see or retrieve an application submitted to another organization and do not have access to a visitor’s bank, advertising, Google, or government account simply because a related link appeared on Wikisio.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as reasonably practicable. Response time depends on volume, complexity, whether a reliable source is provided, and whether the issue involves a third-party system. Sending multiple identical messages will not guarantee a faster reply. We may not respond to abusive, threatening, spam, unlawful, or irrelevant messages. We may ask for clarification or close a request that does not include enough information to identify the page or issue.
For your own security, be cautious of replies or social accounts that imitate Wikisio. We will not ask you to share a password, one-time passcode, bank PIN, or payment-card security code. Verify that a message comes from the email address on this page before relying on it. Do not pay a third party who promises that Wikisio will guarantee an outcome or change an official decision.
